Edit or delete a clause or term description

IMPORTANT: If you change a description, the change will be reflected in all accounts and data where the description is used.

To edit a clause or term description:

  1. Navigate to the desired clause or term.

  2. In the menu at left, click Descriptions.
  3. Select the desired description and then make your changes.
  4. Click Save. A green confirmation message appears briefly.
  5. Click Close.

To delete a clause or term description:

  1. Navigate to the desired clause or term.
  2. In the menu at left, click Descriptions.
  3. Select the desired description.
  4. Press the Delete key on your keyboard.
  5. Click Save, then click Close.
